In 2024, Texas Senate Bill 2024 (SB 2024) was passed to regulate the sale of certain vape and e-cigarette products, with the law taking effect on September 1, 2025. At EP SPWX, we are fully compliant with SB 2024 and all applicable Texas regulations. We prioritize responsible retailing and only sell products that meet state legal requirements.

Key Provisions of SB 2024

• Restricted substances: The sale and advertisement of vapes containing THC, Delta-8, Delta-9, and other hemp-derived cannabinoids are prohibited. 

• Focus on foreign manufacturing: E-cigarettes and vape devices manufactured in China and other designated foreign countries are heavily restricted.

• Expanded definitions: SB 2024 broadens the legal definition of an “e-cigarette” to include non-nicotine vapes, subjecting them to the same restrictions.
